Phase I Pricing

Village Centre makes affordable homeownership realty through a Community Land Trust concept by which a portion of the project’s homes are priced below the market rate and remain affordable for future homebuyers. To purchase these homes income and resale restrictions do apply.

The balance of the project is competitively priced at market rate without income or resale restrictions. Optional upgrades such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors are available for these units.
